No other disclosures are foreseen, except where required by law or court order. Your data will be kept for as long as the purpose for which they were obtained continues and, once no longer necessary, will be duly blocked, archived and kept for the legally established period. VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
Images are captured in order to preserve the security of persons and property, as well as of the facilities.
Users are informed by means of a sufficiently visible video surveillance sign placed before the camera, stating that the facilities are under video surveillance.
No disclosures are foreseen, except to the police and security forces, nor will any international data transfer take place.
Images will be kept for a maximum period of 30 days from their capture. Once that period has elapsed, the images must be cancelled in accordance with the regulations in force, which provide that: “cancellation shall give rise to the blocking of the data, which shall be kept solely at the disposal of the Public Administrations, Judges and Courts, for the attention of any liabilities arising from the processing, during the limitation period thereof. Once that period has elapsed, the data must be erased.”
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
JOSÉ BERNAD SL reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to new legislation or case law.
REVOCABILITY
